The police report alleged Client was weaving and dangerously passing other cars. A review of the patrol vehicle’s dashboard camera which captured the entire traffic stop, revealed no such driving. In fact, the driving was actually very good. So good in fact, that the District Attorney dismissed charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving.
